Yes. The built-in workspace is included at no extra cost.

You can write your own content in Google Docs to use as an input.

• AI generation from text-only is limited but uses only about 20% of the credits required for audio extraction

A guided workflow inside the workspace shows you exactly how to do this.

If parts of a recording are unclear, only the clear segments consume credits — unclear portions are skipped automatically.

If no meaningful content can be extracted, no credits are used. 

No problem. If your lesson involves writing notes, we recommend using the integrated Google Doc. The AI will then use your spoken conversation and written notes to generate materials that are even more contextualized and accurate.

You can continue using Fluentade normally except for:

• Audio content extraction
• AI content generation

Everything else remains completely free, including:

• Generating surveys and tests by the teacher
• Managing student data in the workspace
• Creating structured Google Docs with pre-organized tabs — ready for AI-generated content once credits are purchased

Remaining credits are converted at 50% of their original cost and applied toward your future recurring charges.

We currently support:

• Bank transfer – to a Korean bank account
• PayPal – for customers outside Korea. You can pay with a credit or debit card, even without a PayPal account.
